My child has disappeared

When you are in Belgium and your child has gone missing or when you are in Ukraine and your child has never arrived on Belgian territory like you planned it then you can always contact Child Focus on 116 000 (free number) or if you are at abroad on +32 2 475 44 99 (paid call). This emergency line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Child Focus is an organization that works in collaboration with police services and judicial authorities. We will go all the way in order to find your child safe and sound and also provide you with emotional support throughout the process.

Child Focus is also in direct contact with its umbrella organization Missing Children Europe if your child has disappeared on the territory of the European Union without a precise location in Belgium.
